Visit cancellations and no-shows
Please call as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment or will be late.
We will accommodate you as we can. However, we may have to reschedule you for another day if your registration materials are not ready by the time of your appointment.
Rescheduling fees
| Situation | Fee |
|---|---|
| More than 15 minutes late, or cancelled with less than 48 hours (two business days) notice | $50 |
| No-show without a prior call, or repeat late cancellations | $100 |
Fees apply regardless of the reason for the missed visit. They are not billable to insurance and must be paid by phone or in person before your rescheduled appointment.
